We have a phenomenon within society today where many of us complain of grief, anxiety and unhappiness in life. One of the possible causes for this is not being satisfied with what we have. Psychologically, one of the best ways of being content is to be happy with what we have as opposed to what we don’t have.
Appreciating what we have now, as it is, and not allowing ‘what we could of had’ to consume us brings satisfaction and contentment to the heart, and overall, to one’s quality of life.
