History is replete with examples of people making great sacrifices in the name of love. Two individuals who were once strangers to each other are known to have abandoned their families in the name of love. There have been kings who have abdicated their throne based on their love for another individual.
A person usually loves those things and people associated with their beloved. If a believer loves Allah and His rasool ﷺ then all those things which lead them closer to Allah will become beloved to that individual.
