- Enrolling for a course at Al Kawthar Academy constitutes a binding agreement on the student to follow the course schedule and pay the full fees.
- Tuition fees are payable in full before students start their studies. At the discretion of Al Kawthar Academy, students may be allowed to pay in equal instalments as set out in the instalment options.

In the event of a student leaving they should obtain permission and notify the relevant staff member.
