Full talk: The Pursuit of Perfection

Who has had a perfect childhood? What do we consider to be a perfect childhood? Children today have access to a large variety of entertainment, yet some may still wonder if their childhood could be better.

Rasulullah ﷺ had no siblings and was an orphan by the age of six. He was taken care of by his grandfather and then his uncle, eventually working as a shepherd at a young age. In this regard many of us can already say that we have had a better childhood than the Prophet ﷺ.

We seek to perfect every aspect of our lives and become distraught if we feel that we have not been given what we deserve. Find out in this excerpt how we should be grateful of the childhood that we had in comparison to the life of the Prophet ﷺ and how we can attain inner peace by simply accepting.
